Built literature review system for medical researchers using Claude Sonnet 4.5's 1M-token context window (September 2025 release). Processes 15-20 full research papers simultaneously (average 45,000 tokens each) for cross-paper synthesis and contradiction detection. No chunking—entire corpus fits in single context. System identifies conflicting methodology claims across studies that previous LangChain chunked approach missed due to context boundary errors.

Researchers submit query + 18 PDFs (720,000 tokens total). Claude Sonnet 4.5 generates comparative analysis highlighting methodological differences, sample size variations, and contradictory findings with exact citations. Client's previous GPT-4 Turbo system (128K context) required chunking into 6 separate requests—resulted in 31% citation errors from cross-chunk references. New system: zero citation errors in 450 literature reviews processed.
