Built patient intake workflow using LangGraph state machine orchestration. Directed acyclic graph (DAG) manages 8 sequential stages: symptom collection → medical history verification → insurance validation → specialist routing → appointment scheduling → prescription verification → lab order processing → follow-up scheduling. Each node persists state to Redis, enabling fault-tolerant execution—if Claude Haiku 4.5 execution agent fails during insurance validation, workflow resumes from exact checkpoint without reprocessing prior stages. Reduced patient wait time from 45 minutes (manual intake) to 8 minutes (LangGraph automation).
